At Jeunesse Skin Health, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we require confirmation of your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a reminder text and email 48 hours before your appointment. Please reply "Yes" or "No" to confirm or cancel your appointment.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change due to sickness, family commitments, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, to ensure we can continue offering high-quality services, we have implemented the following policy:

 

1. Send a Substitute: If you cannot make your appointment, you may send a friend or family member to take your place. This will help you avoid being charged or losing your $50 deposit.

 

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a charge equal to the deposit amount ($50), regardless of the reason. This also applies to no-shows.

 

3. Impact of Late Cancellations: Late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from filling the appointment slot, causing inconvenience to other clients on our waiting list and resulting in a loss of income for our business.

 

Special Conditions

 

• Gift Vouchers/Cards: The cancellation policy applies to clients using gift vouchers or cards. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Communication: Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. We do not accept cancellations via social media. For Monday appointments, email us during the weekend as we may not be able to answer phone calls.

• Deposit and Confirmation: We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if:

  • A deposit has not been paid after booking.

  • The appointment has not been confirmed 24 hours in advance.

  • We cannot reach you despite multiple attempts.
