If you cannot make your appointment, please send a friend or family member to take your appointment to avoid being charged or losing your deposit of $50.

Any late cancellations: less than 24 hours or no show will always be charged no matter the reason behind. (This policy applies for Hotels, Resorts, Flights...)

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving the salon enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services and our business loses income.

Too many short notice cancellations are costing a lot for small businesses like us.

If you know that you won't be able to make your appointment, make the conscious effort to let us know as early as you can.

We do not accept messages through our social media platform for cancellation and if your appointment is due on a Monday, please email the salon to let us know if you need to cancel as we won't be able to answer the phone during the weekend.
